Quick answers: Lagos orders are delivered in 24 to 48 hours, orders to the rest of Nigeria take 3 to 7 days, we accept bank transfer, WhatsApp payment and pay-on-pickup, and every Lights Architect fixture uses a wide-voltage LED driver built to handle Nigeria's inverter and generator power. Do you deliver across Nigeria, or only in Lagos?

We deliver nationwide. Orders within Lagos are processed as soon as payment is confirmed and typically arrive within 24 to 48 hours. Orders to states outside Lagos take between 3 and 7 days, depending on the destination. We ship Monday to Saturday. Delivery charges vary by location and aren't always shown at checkout, so chat with us on WhatsApp to confirm the delivery fee for your address before you order.

Can I visit a showroom to see the lights in person?

Yes. Our showroom, Lights Architect - Josh's Place, is at 15C Chief Waheed Eletu Street, Osapa London, Lekki, Lagos. You're welcome to visit, see the finishes and scale of our chandeliers, pendants and wall lights up close, and place an order or arrange pickup directly from the showroom.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by bank transfer through the website, by chatting with our team on WhatsApp to arrange payment, or in person at the showroom. In select cases we accept payment on delivery within Lagos. If you're unsure which option works best for your order, message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm.

Will your lights work with my inverter or generator?

Yes. Power in Nigeria fluctuates between mains, inverters and generators, so our fixtures are built around wide-voltage LED drivers rated for roughly 85V to 265V. That range covers the swings you get from NEPA/PHCN supply, most home inverters and standard generators, without the flickering or premature bulb failure that happens with fixtures designed only for a stable 220V-240V supply. We'd still recommend a good surge protector or stabilizer for large chandeliers, the same as you would for any high-value appliance.

Do you offer installation?

We can connect you with vetted electricians for installation in Lagos, particularly for larger chandeliers and multi-point ceiling fixtures that need proper mounting and wiring. Message us on WhatsApp once your order is confirmed and we'll help arrange it. Smaller fixtures like table lamps, wall sconces and most pendant lights are straightforward enough to install yourself.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the day you receive your item. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Email hello@lightsarchitect.com to start a return. Please don't send an item back before we've confirmed the return, as unrequested returns aren't accepted.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately at hello@lightsarchitect.com or call 08137360213 if anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered. We'll review the issue and make it right.

Can I exchange a light for a different style or size?

Yes. The fastest way is to return the item you have under our 7-day return policy, and once that return is approved, place a new order for the item you'd prefer. This keeps your replacement moving without waiting on the original return to fully process.

Can chandeliers and pendant lights be customized?

Many of our chandeliers and pendant lights can be adapted in details like drop chain length, finish or bulb count to suit your ceiling height and space. Send us your room dimensions and the product you're interested in on WhatsApp and we'll let you know what's possible.

Are your outdoor lights suitable for Lagos weather?

Our outdoor and fence lights are built with weatherproof housings to handle Lagos's humidity, heat and rainy-season downpours. For coastal or open compound locations with heavy salt air and rain exposure, ask us about the IP rating of a specific fixture before you buy, since higher-exposure spots benefit from a higher IP65-and-above rating.

How do I know what size light fits my room?

As a rough guide, a dining table chandelier should span roughly one-third to one-half the width of the table, and hang about 75 to 90 cm above the tabletop in rooms with standard ceiling heights. For living rooms and foyers with higher ceilings, you can size up. If you're unsure, send us your room or table dimensions on WhatsApp and we'll recommend a fixture size.

Do you supply hotels, developers or interior designers in bulk?

Yes, we work with hospitality projects, real estate developers and interior designers on larger lighting orders. Reach out on WhatsApp or email hello@lightsarchitect.com with your project scope and we'll discuss pricing and lead times.

Do you ship outside Nigeria?

Our standard delivery covers Lagos and the rest of Nigeria. If you need delivery outside the country, contact us directly on WhatsApp or at hello@lightsarchitect.com to discuss whether we can arrange it for your order.
